I trained at this gym while working in Reading for 10 weeks, and it was honestly a fantastic experience. From day one, James and the whole team were welcoming, supportive, and really flexible in helping me get back into fitness.<\/p>\n
The training sessions were high quality, and I genuinely saw great benefits in a short space of time. The atmosphere is motivating, the coaches really care, and you feel like part of a community.<\/p>\n
If I had stayed in Reading longer, I would have definitely continued my membership. I\u2019d highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a friendly and professional team behind them.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been a member at Unleashed Performance for 4 months now, and I can honestly say I\u2019ve seen more progress in that short time than I did in the last 2 years of my fitness journey with other gyms. The environment here is not only supportive and inclusive, but it also inspires confidence and growth.<\/p>\n
Having a space where I feel encouraged to push myself and get comfortable being uncomfortable has been a game changer. My overall fitness has improved, my strength has increased noticeably, and I\u2019m more motivated than ever.<\/p>\n

I joined the gym a month
ago, and since then everyone has been really friendly and welcoming.
James answered all of my questions, and all the coaches made me feel very welcome.
I really enjoy the group exercise sessions because it feels like having a personal trainer with you, they motivate you and push you to do your best.
The coaches also check in with you regularly about your progress and goals, which is really encouraging.
The facilities are clean and well maintained, which makes the whole experience even better<\/p>\n

The best gym\/training I\u2019ve ever done, and they also have yoga twice a week. There are multiple classes daily and the trainers are amazing. I have a back injury and they\u2019ve been so supportive and encouraging and the classes are small enough that you get loads of attention. I\u2019ve seen the difference in how I look but also how I feel (it\u2019s been crucial to helping me recover). Shout out to Tanya who always makes tough Friday sessions super fun!<\/p>\n
