A structured session designed to build strength, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness. You’ll use a mix of weights and functional movements, helping you increase power, resilience, and everyday performance.
HIIT
Fast paced, results driven workouts combining short bursts of effort with recovery. Perfect for burning calories, improving cardiovascular fitness and building mental toughness all in a time efficient format.
Hybrid
The best of both worlds – strength training meets high intensity conditioning. These sessions are designed to build lean muscle, improve fitness and push performance. They’re also a great choice if you’re looking to get competition ready, with training tailored around upcoming events to sharpen your edge.
Yoga
