This is a HIIT-based class using cardio equipment and a mix of bodyweight exercises. It’s designed to get you sweating, your heart rate up and to burn fat.

In our PerformUP class you’ll add weight-training alongside cardio exercises. Formulated to help you perform better in everyday life, it’ll make you stronger, fitter and increase lean muscle mass.

Based on yoga & animal-flow techniques, to create awareness of your body’s movement patterns & your ability to move freely through them. Increase flexibility & strength through bodyweight exercises while working on stability & core muscles.

This is a boxing-based class using pad and bag work to bring out your inner fighter. Add in bodyweight drills and it ticks all the boxes for a full conditioning workout.

Spin bikes are ideal for a high-intensity, energy-driven and fun class designed for maximum calorie-burn.

StrengthUP moves away from cardio vascular exercise and focuses on higher load/resistance, using reps in the 5-8 range. More rest needed between sets, so overall intensity is lower.
